In 1979, Cathy Arnett established the company Address Conversion
Consultants located in West Georgia. In 1989 the company was
incorporated as Address Conversion Technologies, Inc. specializing
in Database 911 deployment, including Database development
mapping and GIS. The company expanded in 1998 and became Utility
Support Systems, Inc.
Our main headquarters is in Douglasville, Georgia with a
office in following cities: Pantego, TX; Jacksonville, AR;
Lake Mary, FL. The dedicated employees of USS have
a combined experience of over 400 years in Cable TV, Telecommunications,
Electrical Utility Fields and Assistance to State and County
Governments.
